Methodologies
Face to face SurveysWidely experienced in face to face surveys. We work with probabilistic samples and highly qualified fieldwork teams to conduct nationwide surveys with a 98% population coverage. These studies are implemented through tablets and questionnaire programming is done with Survey to Go (STG). We do 100% survey back checks by means of audios and GPS location features. We also have vast experience in intercept interviews, when exploring locations with large population concentration and in shopping malls.

Telephone Interviews
We have our own Central for telephone surveys with 8 stations where specially trained interviewers survey a wide variety of specific publics (business people, large corporation managers, politicians, officials, etc.). On the other hand, our company has the means to conduct large telephone general population studies based on home and persons’ probabilistic selection. To this end, we implement technologies that enable land and mobile lines’ random selection. Our highly skilled team of fieldwork coordinators are qualified to recruit, train and organize up to 50 telephone interviewers.

Qualitative TechniquesWe conduct focus groups, in-depth, ethnographic and cognitive interviews. Our company offices include one-way mirror facilities as well as technical support for online group sessions. Rigorous standards are applied throughout the group or interview participants selection process. Our team of qualitative moderators and analysts are highly skilled with broad experience in the application of these techniques.

Online StudiesThese methodologies, based on panels and/or social media, are less time-consuming and ensure data collection quality. Panels enable gathering information from carefully selected persons that have previously voluntarily accepted to participate in the research. The constantly growing use of social media has turned this channel into an effective means to study special publics or analyze specific issues.
|
Other TechniquesWe also use non-traditional techniques, such as stakeholders map (a tool that facilitates the identification, characterization and classification of a particular field’s key players), or Delphi studies (data collection technique based on an experts panel). Also, mystery shopper and desk research techniques are used as supplementary tools to conduct exploratory studies of different markets.
